Salon Policies

At Bubbles N Love Grooming, we strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’ve outlined our salon policies below. Please take a moment to review them before your visit.

1. Appointment Booking

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by text, or over the phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking. Please notify us immediately if there are any errors.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice: We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a $10 fee added to the next visit.

3. Late Arrivals

Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

4. Health & Safety

Vaccinations: While proof of vaccinations is not required. we strongly recommend keeping your pet up to date on core vaccines for their safety.

Health Issues: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns your pet may have before the appointment.

Behavior: Dogs showing signs of severe aggression may not be able to be groomed for their safety and the groomer's safety.

5. Payment

Accepted Methods: We accept cash and Zelle.

Pricing: Prices are based on the size, breed, and condition of your pet. A final quote will be provided during check-in.

6. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Timing: Please pick up your pet promptly after their grooming session is complete.

Communication: If you need to adjust your pick-up time, please notify us as soon as possible.

7. Salon Etiquette

Leashes & Carriers: All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when entering and exiting the salon.

Behavior: For the safety of all pets and staff, aggressive or overly anxious pets may be asked to reschedule or require special handling.

Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

8. Changes to Policies

We reserve the right to update these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients via text or posted on our website.
